How do credits work?
New members start with free trial credits. A new generation or refinement uses credits: Quick 1, HD 2, Ultra 3 (the studio always shows the cost before you generate). Comparing, downloading, changing text and resizing an existing result use none. There are no automatic top-ups or active paid purchases until checkout is enabled.
What happens if a render fails or I cancel?
Your application credit is returned when a render fails or is cancelled. The image provider may already have started work, so cancellation does not guarantee a refund of the provider's charge to the operator. Reconnect to check a running job before starting another.
How long do my images stay saved?
Saved thumbnails expire after 90 days. Download work you want to keep. Items in trash can be restored for seven days within that storage period. Project reference images stay saved until you remove them, delete the project, or delete your account. Drafts expire after 30 days of inactivity.
Can I keep the same character across thumbnails?
Create a project and save a character or object reference. In the studio, choose the project and explicitly load its references. References help guide a result; exact consistency is not guaranteed.
Can I recover my password?
Use Account settings to request a password reset. Recovery and verification links expire after 30 minutes. Check spam and confirm that you entered the correct address.
Who sees my creations?
Your library and project references are private to your account. Feedback includes only what you type and an optional job ID; your prompt or image is not attached automatically. The only exception is a thumbnail you choose to share to the public gallery: it appears there after review, with its name but never your email, and you can remove it any time.
Can I get a square icon for my game?
Yes. After a thumbnail is made, press Square icon in the studio. rbxlctr redraws it as a 1:1 icon with the main character large and centred, so it reads at small sizes. It costs 1 credit, is saved in your library, and downloads at 512 × 512 or full size.
Is there a bonus on my first purchase?
Yes. Your first credit pack comes with 5 extra credits, added automatically when the payment is confirmed.
Where do I report a problem?
Use Help & feedback while signed in, or contact support. Do not send passwords or other secrets. For an image problem, you can choose to include its job ID.
